The Roseville Coalition of Neighborhood Associations (RCONA) has recently taken on a new major sponsor, The Hignell Companies, in its mission of strengthening the Roseville community through its neighborhood associations. Hignell’s sponsorship will be shared with neighborhoods across the city, as well as the youth volunteer scholarship fund and RCONA’s special events. The Hignell Companies has been building, managing, and maintaining properties in northern California since 1948 and has recently set up an office in Roseville offering HOA Management, HOA Consulting and HOA Accounting.
